You must be at least 16 years old to use GMAT Track. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us at contact@trackgmat.com.
GMAT Track offers subscription and lifetime access options. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card details. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing may change, but changes will not affect your current plan until renewal.
You agree not to misuse the Service (e.g., hacking, disrupting functionality). Share your account with others. Upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content. Copy, reverse engineer, or replicate our platform for commercial use.
All content, features, and functionality on GMAT Track are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use GMAT Track only for personal, non-commercial study purposes. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or improved GMAT scores.
GMAT Track will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
Account Information: Name, email, login details. Study Data: GMAT results, progress, notes, time tracking. Usage Data: Platform activity, features used. Device Data: IP address, browser, device type. Payment Data: Processed by third-party providers; we don't store full credit card details.
To provide and improve the Service. To personalize your study dashboard and analytics. To communicate about updates, support, and account matters. To process payments. To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment), to comply with law or legal requests, or in business transactions (e.g., merger, acquisition).
We keep data as long as your account is active or as needed for services. You may request deletion anytime.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.
Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may: Access, correct, or delete your data. Request data portability. Opt out of marketing. Withdraw consent for certain processing. Contact us at contact@trackgmat.com to exercise these rights.
GMAT Track is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your data may be processed in Spain or other countries with different data protection laws.
We may update these Terms & Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-platform notice before they take effect.
